Reliable Shipping The mountain bikes on sale that you purchase from us are shipped directly to you anywhere in the continental U.S. and Canada Our discount mountain bikes are fully assembled except for pedals and front wheel (included in the box). You can expect to receive your new mountain bike within 7 to 17 business days after we receive your payment. Your order will show no shipping charge UPS or FedEx freight (add $20.00 for Canada). FPO and APO may incur and additional shipping fee. The customer will be notified prior to shipment.
Return Merchandise Policy:
Permission for any
return merchandise must be secured from our return department within 30 days of
the delivery date. For questions about returning merchandise please
use email to submit a request to our Return Department. The return of
non-defective merchandise when authorized will incur a 20% re-stocking fee and
the customer is responsible for all shipping charges including $45.00 for
shipping to the customer. All returns must be
in like new condition and in the original packaging. Customers that refuse
delivery of shipped merchandise will incur a 20% re-stocking fee and the

Damaged Merchandise. The Mountain Bikes Store reserves the right to repair or replace damaged merchandise.
